At V1 launch, ThroughLine Global intends to use a privacy-first website setup with limited tracking.

• No Meta Pixel on ThroughLine Global's own website at launch
• No TikTok Pixel on ThroughLine Global's own website at launch
• No advertising or retargeting cookies until consent controls are ready
• No embedded Calendly widget at launch, unless reviewed
• Calendly booking should open through a link or button instead of being embedded directly on the website

This approach reduces third-party scripts and keeps the launch simpler from a privacy and performance perspective.

4.1 Essential Cookies

Essential cookies are required for the website to function, secure forms, manage sessions, or protect against abuse.

Examples may include:

• security cookies
• session cookies
• form protection cookies
• anti-spam or bot-protection cookies

These cookies are usually necessary for the website to operate.

4.2 Analytics Cookies or Cookieless Analytics

We may use privacy-first analytics to understand how visitors use our website.

Analytics may help us understand:

• which pages are visited
• how users move through the website
• which services attract interest
• whether forms or pages are working properly
• general traffic trends

Preferred V1 analytics tool:

• Plausible or another privacy-first, cookieless analytics provider

If cookieless analytics are used, the website may not need traditional analytics cookies. However, the tool and setup should still be disclosed.

4.3 Booking Tools

We may link to Calendly or another booking tool so users can schedule a consultation.

For V1, the recommended setup is a button or link that opens Calendly in a new tab.

This avoids placing Calendly's full embedded script directly on the website.

If Calendly is embedded later, the Cookie Notice and vendor disclosure should be reviewed and updated.

4.4 Advertising and Retargeting Pixels

Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads tags, or similar advertising technologies may be used in the future.

These tools may help with:

• measuring ad performance
• retargeting website visitors
• building audiences
• tracking conversions
• improving advertising campaigns

For V1 launch, these tools should not be installed on ThroughLine Global's own website until:

• cookie consent controls are ready
• the Privacy Policy has been updated
• the Cookie Notice has been updated
• the vendor register has been updated
• legal review has confirmed the correct approach

Pixel setup is an important part of ThroughLine Global's paid advertising services.

For client websites:

• the client is generally responsible for their own website privacy notice and cookie consent
• ThroughLine Global may assist with pixel setup as part of the agreed service
• ThroughLine Global should ask the client to confirm that their own website has appropriate privacy and cookie disclosures before installing pixels
• ThroughLine Global should document what pixel was installed, where it was installed, and on whose instruction
• the client-pixel consent chain should be reviewed by a UAE lawyer before becoming a standard operating process

Depending on the final launch setup, ThroughLine Global may use tools such as:

• Vercel for hosting
• Google Workspace for business email
• Calendly for booking
• Resend for transactional email
• Plausible or another privacy-first analytics tool
• Notion for project workspaces
• Google Drive for file sharing
• Meta or TikTok tools in the future, if tracking is enabled

Some of these tools may process information outside the UAE. This should be disclosed in the Privacy Policy and reviewed before launch.

If the website uses only essential cookies and privacy-first cookieless analytics, a simple cookie disclosure may be enough depending on the final legal review.

If non-essential analytics, advertising pixels, retargeting tools, embedded booking widgets, or similar scripts are added, the website should implement a consent banner or preference tool that allows users to accept or reject non-essential cookies where required.

Users can also manage cookies through their browser settings.

Browser settings may allow users to:

• block cookies
• delete cookies
• restrict third-party cookies
• receive alerts before cookies are stored

Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality.

We may update this Cookie Notice when:
